The Parent Connect Program is available for all families with a child without an NDIS Plan and is designed to provide support, guidance and connection. The program is facilitated by a Family Support Worker and is flexible according to each family’s needs.
The Parent Connect Program includes regular in-person sessions to build connections between families within local communities.
