Families who are new to Noah’s need to complete a Referral Form.
You can complete this form online or you can call us on (02) 4423 5022 and one of our staff can talk through and record the relevant information about your child and family.
As a parent or carer, you can refer your child directly to our services – you do not need a doctor or specialist to do this for you (although professionals in your child’s care team are welcome to make a referral too).
Once your Referral Form has been submitted, a Noah’s Team Member will contact you to discuss your child’s eligibility for programs and any estimated waiting times. They can also recommend other programs that your child/family might benefit from that have availability for you to access during any waiting periods.
