At Noah’s we pride ourselves on the quality of our workforce. We know that by attracting and nurturing compassionate and capable staff we will achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families.
Our Noah’s New Graduate Program is designed to help new allied health graduates transition to the workforce and settle in as part of the Noah’s team. We understand that making the leap from student to therapist can be daunting and that guidance and support is important.
New graduates are valued as part of our team. Their fresh approach and passion to make a difference blends well with the existing Noah’s staff, many of whom have extensive experience in providing therapy in a paediatric setting.
New Graduates enjoy all the great benefits of working with Noahs outlined here as well as other extra support and mentoring from experienced staff.
We are currently recruiting for new graduate positions at Noah’s Inclusion Services for work based at our centres in Nowra, Flinders, Sanctuary Point, Ulladulla and Batemans Bay. Please see our Positions Vacant page for more information.
