MyTime Support Group meetings are currently held in Nowra, Ulladulla, Sanctuary Point and Batemans Bay, providing support for anyone caring for a child with a disability or chronic medical condition.
Groups are facilitated by a Noah’s staff member and a play helper is also usually available to care for young children during the session. MyTime Support Groups are designed to provide a place to socialise, discuss, get information and to support and be supported by other carers.
Facilitators work with group members, helping them get to know each other and learn more about the services and supports in their area. The group chooses what they would like to discuss, with help from the facilitator. Depending on what the group wants to do, the facilitator might guide group activities or provide resources.
Sessions are held during school terms and bookings are essential for child-minding and catering purposes. Not all groups run weekly, more details can be provided when booking.
- Ulladulla – Tuesdays 10am-12pm
- Sanctuary Point – Tuesdays 10am-12pm
- Batemans Bay – Tuesdays 11am-12pm
- Nowra – Thursdays 10am-11.30am
