Noah’s Inclusion Services offers an NDIS Plan Management Service to help families with children aged 0-18 years manage the financial aspects of their child’s NDIS Plan.
We can guide and talk through your child’s NDIS Plan, pay your bills and send you monthly statements to help you keep track of spending. We are always on hand to answer questions and to ensure your child’s NDIS Plan is managed within NDIS guidelines.
To pay for your supports, you can choose one of the following options:
- Email – forward invoices to finance@noahsark.nsw.edu.au
- Text – Take a photo of your invoice/s and text to 0447 303 235
- Drop your invoices into our office at Nowra, Ulladulla, Sanctuary Point or Flinders
- Post invoices to us (this may delay claiming/payment)
As soon as you sign up we can start claiming on your behalf, with payments processed in line with NDIA Guidelines. We will respond to all enquiries within two business days and all invoices will be auto-approved after two business days.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between registered and unregistered providers?
A registered provider meets the NDIS quality and safeguards standards. If you decide to use a provider that is not registered, ensure they have the correct qualifications, training and safety checks. As a Plan Managed participant you can use both registered and unregistered providers but the NDIS will only pay the hourly rates as stated in the Price Guide for any service.
What if I have paid for a product or service upfront?
If you have paid for a product or service upfront using your own funds, we can claim and reimburse you if it is approved spending from the Plan and if it is within the specified dates. For us to be able to do this, we will need a copy of the tax receipt. To save disappointment, please contact us to make sure your purchase is available to be claimed from the NDIS Plan prior to purchase.
Can you clarify what a Plan Manager does and doesn’t do?
Plan Managers do:
- Support you to understand your NDIS Plan and the rules around how it can be spent
- Help ensure the Plan is implemented as intended, within budget and in accordance with the Plan
- Enforce the Price Guide
Plan Managers do NOT:
- Participate in fraud or the misuse of funds
- Determine what is reasonable and necessary
- Decide what supports a person can access
- Undertake daily administration management or maintenance of the entire Plan
- Connect you to supports (funded, community or mainstream)
- Maintain rosters or provide advocacy services
