Family Disability Support Program

 

What is the Family Disability Support Program?

 This Recreation and Social  program is for families who have a child with a disability aged 6-18 years.  It is funded by the NSW Communities – Ageing, Disabilities and Homecare but is likely to rely on NDIS funding after 1 July 2017.

The program has been running for over 13 years and, dependent on funding and families including it as part of their NDIS plan, runs the following types of activities:-

*  Annual Family Camp

* Mum’s Days, Dad’s Days, Siblings Days

* Family Activity Adventure Days

Who is eligible?

Any family who has a child aged 6-18 years with a disability.

 

How do I become involved?

 You can become involved by  becoming a Member of Noah’s Shoalhaven, completing a registration form and contacting  Debra Jefferis, who co-ordinates the program, at:-
