Whilst we encourage people to talk to us in the first instance, some may prefer to write to us to provide feedback or to make a formal complaint. If this is the case we encourage people to complete our Complaint / Feedback form.
NDIS participants can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. Further details on how to make a complaint to The Commission can be found here or you can telephone 1800 035 544.
