The Noah’s Inclusion Services Reconciliation Plan (RAP) endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, was launched in 2026, recognising our commitment to cultivate an organisational and national culture that proudly supports equity, dignity and respect for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by acknowledging their survival and honouring their wisdom and resilience.

We recognise, respect and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and the value of embedding their rich histories, local knowledge and languages into our practices, creating a unified and collaborative community where every child belongs and has every opportunity to thrive.

Our organisation aims to support and advocate for the rights of First Nations peoples to accessible, inclusive and culturally-sensitive services and programs to ultimately reduce the educational and health divide between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous communities.

Noah’s is committed to ensuring an inclusive organisational culture which values and celebrates the diversity of all children and young people.
